Keynote Speaker

Careers are built, not chosen. That idea is at the heart of Melati Muskitta’s speaking. She helps audiences see that their future does not depend on making one perfect choice. It grows through the skills they develop, the opportunities they explore and the steps they take along the way.
Melati brings more than 20 years of experience across recruitment, workforce development, employment services and HR technology. She has worked with people entering the workforce, changing direction and rebuilding after disruption. Her talks draw on those real experiences, combining stories, practical insight and ideas audiences can use immediately.
Melati holds International Speakers Association (ISA) accreditation and was recognised as a Top 100 International Speakers Excellence Award winner in 2026. She brings the same care to a school assembly as she does to an industry conference: understanding the audience, making complex changes in the world of work relatable and leaving people with a sense of possibility.
